  116. TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR USE, REPRODUCTION, AND DISTRIBUTION
  117. 1. Definitions.
  118. "License" shall mean the terms and conditions for use, reproduction,
  119. and distribution as defined by Sections 1 through 9 of this document.
  120. "Licensor" shall mean the copyright owner or entity authorized by
  121. the copyright owner that is granting the License.
  122. "Legal Entity" shall mean the union of the acting entity and all
  123. other entities that control, are controlled by, or are under common
  124. control with that entity. For the purposes of this definition,
  125. "control" means (i) the power, direct or indirect, to cause the
  126. direction or management of such entity, whether by contract or
  127. otherwise, or (ii) ownership of fifty percent (50%) or more of the
  128. outstanding shares, or (iii) beneficial ownership of such entity.
  129. "You" (or "Your") shall mean an individual or Legal Entity
  130. exercising permissions granted by this License.
  131. "Source" form shall mean the preferred form for making modifications,
  132. including but not limited to software source code, documentation
  133. source, and configuration files.
  134. "Object" form shall mean any form resulting from mechanical
  135. transformation or translation of a Source form, including but
  136. not limited to compiled object code, generated documentation,
  137. and conversions to other media types.
  138. "Work" shall mean the work of authorship, whether in Source or
  139. Object form, made available under the License, as indicated by a
  140. copyright notice that is included in or attached to the work
  141. (an example is provided in the Appendix below).
  142. "Derivative Works" shall mean any work, whether in Source or Object
  143. form, that is based on (or derived from) the Work and for which the
  144. editorial revisions, annotations, elaborations, or other modifications
  145. represent, as a whole, an original work of authorship. For the purposes
  146. of this License, Derivative Works shall not include works that remain
  147. separable from, or merely link (or bind by name) to the interfaces of,
  148. the Work and Derivative Works thereof.
  149. "Contribution" shall mean any work of authorship, including
  150. the original version of the Work and any modifications or additions
  151. to that Work or Derivative Works thereof, that is intentionally
  152. submitted to Licensor for inclusion in the Work by the copyright owner
  153. or by an individual or Legal Entity authorized to submit on behalf of
  154. the copyright owner. For the purposes of this definition, "submitted"
  155. means any form of electronic, verbal, or written communication sent
  156. to the Licensor or its representatives, including but not limited to
  157. communication on electronic mailing lists, source code control systems,
  158. and issue tracking systems that are managed by, or on behalf of, the
  159. Licensor for the purpose of discussing and improving the Work, but
  160. excluding communication that is conspicuously marked or otherwise
  161. designated in writing by the copyright owner as "Not a Contribution."
  162. "Contributor" shall mean Licensor and any individual or Legal Entity
  163. on behalf of whom a Contribution has been received by Licensor and
  164. subsequently incorporated within the Work.
  165. 2. Grant of Copyright License. Subject to the terms and conditions of
  166. this License, each Contributor hereby grants to You a perpetual,
  167. worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable
  168. copyright license to reproduce, prepare Derivative Works of,
  169. publicly display, publicly perform, sublicense, and distribute the
  170. Work and such Derivative Works in Source or Object form.
  171. 3. Grant of Patent License. Subject to the terms and conditions of
  172. this License, each Contributor hereby grants to You a perpetual,
  173. worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable
  174. (except as stated in this section) patent license to make, have made,
  175. use, offer to sell, sell, import, and otherwise transfer the Work,
  176. where such license applies only to those patent claims licensable
  177. by such Contributor that are necessarily infringed by their
  178. Contribution(s) alone or by combination of their Contribution(s)
  179. with the Work to which such Contribution(s) was submitted. If You
  180. institute patent litigation against any entity (including a
  181. cross-claim or counterclaim in a lawsuit) alleging that the Work
  182. or a Contribution incorporated within the Work constitutes direct
  183. or contributory patent infringement, then any patent licenses
  184. granted to You under this License for that Work shall terminate
  185. as of the date such litigation is filed.
  186. 4. Redistribution. You may reproduce and distribute copies of the
  187. Work or Derivative Works thereof in any medium, with or without
  188. modifications, and in Source or Object form, provided that You
  189. meet the following conditions:
  190. (a) You must give any other recipients of the Work or
  191. Derivative Works a copy of this License; and
  192. (b) You must cause any modified files to carry prominent notices
  193. stating that You changed the files; and
  194. (c) You must retain, in the Source form of any Derivative Works
  195. that You distribute, all copyright, patent, trademark, and
  196. attribution notices from the Source form of the Work,
  197. excluding those notices that do not pertain to any part of
  198. the Derivative Works; and
  199. (d) If the Work includes a "NOTICE" text file as part of its
  200. distribution, then any Derivative Works that You distribute must
  201. include a readable copy of the attribution notices contained
  202. within such NOTICE file, excluding those notices that do not
  203. pertain to any part of the Derivative Works, in at least one
  204. of the following places: within a NOTICE text file distributed
  205. as part of the Derivative Works; within the Source form or
  206. documentation, if provided along with the Derivative Works; or,
  207. within a display generated by the Derivative Works, if and
  208. wherever such third-party notices normally appear. The contents
  209. of the NOTICE file are for informational purposes only and
  210. do not modify the License. You may add Your own attribution
  211. notices within Derivative Works that You distribute, alongside
  212. or as an addendum to the NOTICE text from the Work, provided
  213. that such additional attribution notices cannot be construed
  214. as modifying the License.
  215. You may add Your own copyright statement to Your modifications and
  216. may provide additional or different license terms and conditions
  217. for use, reproduction, or distribution of Your modifications, or
  218. for any such Derivative Works as a whole, provided Your use,
  219. reproduction, and distribution of the Work otherwise complies with
  220. the conditions stated in this License.
  221. 5. Submission of Contributions. Unless You explicitly state otherwise,
  222. any Contribution intentionally submitted for inclusion in the Work
  223. by You to the Licensor shall be under the terms and conditions of
  224. this License, without any additional terms or conditions.
  225. Notwithstanding the above, nothing herein shall supersede or modify
  226. the terms of any separate license agreement you may have executed
  227. with Licensor regarding such Contributions.
  228. 6. Trademarks. This License does not grant permission to use the trade
  229. names, trademarks, service marks, or product names of the Licensor,
  230. except as required for reasonable and customary use in describing the
  231. origin of the Work and reproducing the content of the NOTICE file.
  232. 7. Disclaimer of Warranty. Unless required by applicable law or
  233. agreed to in writing, Licensor provides the Work (and each
  234. Contributor provides its Contributions) on an "AS IS" BASIS,
  235. WITHOUT WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, either express or
  236. implied, including, without limitation, any warranties or conditions
  237. of TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY, or FITNESS FOR A
  238. PARTICULAR PURPOSE. You are solely responsible for determining the
  239. appropriateness of using or redistributing the Work and assume any
  240. risks associated with Your exercise of permissions under this License.
  241. 8. Limitation of Liability. In no event and under no legal theory,
  242. whether in tort (including negligence), contract, or otherwise,
  243. unless required by applicable law (such as deliberate and grossly
  244. negligent acts) or agreed to in writing, shall any Contributor be
  245. liable to You for damages, including any direct, indirect, special,
  246. incidental, or consequential damages of any character arising as a
  247. result of this License or out of the use or inability to use the
  248. Work (including but not limited to damages for loss of goodwill,
  249. work stoppage, computer failure or malfunction, or any and all
  250. other commercial damages or losses), even if such Contributor
  251. has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
  252. 9. Accepting Warranty or Additional Liability. While redistributing
  253. the Work or Derivative Works thereof, You may choose to offer,
  254. and charge a fee for, acceptance of support, warranty, indemnity,
  255. or other liability obligations and/or rights consistent with this
  256. License. However, in accepting such obligations, You may act only
  257. on Your own behalf and on Your sole responsibility, not on behalf
  258. of any other Contributor, and only if You agree to indemnify,
  259. defend, and hold each Contributor harmless for any liability
  260. incurred by, or claims asserted against, such Contributor by reason
  261. of your accepting any such warranty or additional liability.

  458. TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR USE, REPRODUCTION, AND DISTRIBUTION
  459. 1. Definitions.
  460. "License" shall mean the terms and conditions for use, reproduction,
  461. and distribution as defined by Sections 1 through 9 of this document.
  462. "Licensor" shall mean the copyright owner or entity authorized by
  463. the copyright owner that is granting the License.
  464. "Legal Entity" shall mean the union of the acting entity and all
  465. other entities that control, are controlled by, or are under common
  466. control with that entity. For the purposes of this definition,
  467. "control" means (i) the power, direct or indirect, to cause the
  468. direction or management of such entity, whether by contract or
  469. otherwise, or (ii) ownership of fifty percent (50%) or more of the
  470. outstanding shares, or (iii) beneficial ownership of such entity.
  471. "You" (or "Your") shall mean an individual or Legal Entity
  472. exercising permissions granted by this License.
  473. "Source" form shall mean the preferred form for making modifications,
  474. including but not limited to software source code, documentation
  475. source, and configuration files.
  476. "Object" form shall mean any form resulting from mechanical
  477. transformation or translation of a Source form, including but
  478. not limited to compiled object code, generated documentation,
  479. and conversions to other media types.
  480. "Work" shall mean the work of authorship, whether in Source or
  481. Object form, made available under the License, as indicated by a
  482. copyright notice that is included in or attached to the work
  483. (an example is provided in the Appendix below).
  484. "Derivative Works" shall mean any work, whether in Source or Object
  485. form, that is based on (or derived from) the Work and for which the
  486. editorial revisions, annotations, elaborations, or other modifications
  487. represent, as a whole, an original work of authorship. For the purposes
  488. of this License, Derivative Works shall not include works that remain
  489. separable from, or merely link (or bind by name) to the interfaces of,
  490. the Work and Derivative Works thereof.
  491. "Contribution" shall mean any work of authorship, including
  492. the original version of the Work and any modifications or additions
  493. to that Work or Derivative Works thereof, that is intentionally
  494. submitted to Licensor for inclusion in the Work by the copyright owner
  495. or by an individual or Legal Entity authorized to submit on behalf of
  496. the copyright owner. For the purposes of this definition, "submitted"
  497. means any form of electronic, verbal, or written communication sent
  498. to the Licensor or its representatives, including but not limited to
  499. communication on electronic mailing lists, source code control systems,
  500. and issue tracking systems that are managed by, or on behalf of, the
  501. Licensor for the purpose of discussing and improving the Work, but
  502. excluding communication that is conspicuously marked or otherwise
  503. designated in writing by the copyright owner as "Not a Contribution."
  504. "Contributor" shall mean Licensor and any individual or Legal Entity
  505. on behalf of whom a Contribution has been received by Licensor and
  506. subsequently incorporated within the Work.
  507. 2. Grant of Copyright License. Subject to the terms and conditions of
  508. this License, each Contributor hereby grants to You a perpetual,
  509. worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable
  510. copyright license to reproduce, prepare Derivative Works of,
  511. publicly display, publicly perform, sublicense, and distribute the
  512. Work and such Derivative Works in Source or Object form.
  513. 3. Grant of Patent License. Subject to the terms and conditions of
  514. this License, each Contributor hereby grants to You a perpetual,
  515. worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable
  516. (except as stated in this section) patent license to make, have made,
  517. use, offer to sell, sell, import, and otherwise transfer the Work,
  518. where such license applies only to those patent claims licensable
  519. by such Contributor that are necessarily infringed by their
  520. Contribution(s) alone or by combination of their Contribution(s)
  521. with the Work to which such Contribution(s) was submitted. If You
  522. institute patent litigation against any entity (including a
  523. cross-claim or counterclaim in a lawsuit) alleging that the Work
  524. or a Contribution incorporated within the Work constitutes direct
  525. or contributory patent infringement, then any patent licenses
  526. granted to You under this License for that Work shall terminate
  527. as of the date such litigation is filed.
  528. 4. Redistribution. You may reproduce and distribute copies of the
  529. Work or Derivative Works thereof in any medium, with or without
  530. modifications, and in Source or Object form, provided that You
  531. meet the following conditions:
  532. (a) You must give any other recipients of the Work or
  533. Derivative Works a copy of this License; and
  534. (b) You must cause any modified files to carry prominent notices
  535. stating that You changed the files; and
  536. (c) You must retain, in the Source form of any Derivative Works
  537. that You distribute, all copyright, patent, trademark, and
  538. attribution notices from the Source form of the Work,
  539. excluding those notices that do not pertain to any part of
  540. the Derivative Works; and
  541. (d) If the Work includes a "NOTICE" text file as part of its
  542. distribution, then any Derivative Works that You distribute must
  543. include a readable copy of the attribution notices contained
  544. within such NOTICE file, excluding those notices that do not
  545. pertain to any part of the Derivative Works, in at least one
  546. of the following places: within a NOTICE text file distributed
  547. as part of the Derivative Works; within the Source form or
  548. documentation, if provided along with the Derivative Works; or,
  549. within a display generated by the Derivative Works, if and
  550. wherever such third-party notices normally appear. The contents
  551. of the NOTICE file are for informational purposes only and
  552. do not modify the License. You may add Your own attribution
  553. notices within Derivative Works that You distribute, alongside
  554. or as an addendum to the NOTICE text from the Work, provided
  555. that such additional attribution notices cannot be construed
  556. as modifying the License.
  557. You may add Your own copyright statement to Your modifications and
  558. may provide additional or different license terms and conditions
  559. for use, reproduction, or distribution of Your modifications, or
  560. for any such Derivative Works as a whole, provided Your use,
  561. reproduction, and distribution of the Work otherwise complies with
  562. the conditions stated in this License.
  563. 5. Submission of Contributions. Unless You explicitly state otherwise,
  564. any Contribution intentionally submitted for inclusion in the Work
  565. by You to the Licensor shall be under the terms and conditions of
  566. this License, without any additional terms or conditions.
  567. Notwithstanding the above, nothing herein shall supersede or modify
  568. the terms of any separate license agreement you may have executed
  569. with Licensor regarding such Contributions.
  570. 6. Trademarks. This License does not grant permission to use the trade
  571. names, trademarks, service marks, or product names of the Licensor,
  572. except as required for reasonable and customary use in describing the
  573. origin of the Work and reproducing the content of the NOTICE file.
  574. 7. Disclaimer of Warranty. Unless required by applicable law or
  575. agreed to in writing, Licensor provides the Work (and each
  576. Contributor provides its Contributions) on an "AS IS" BASIS,
  577. WITHOUT WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, either express or

  581. appropriateness of using or redistributing the Work and assume any
  582. risks associated with Your exercise of permissions under this License.
  583. 8. Limitation of Liability. In no event and under no legal theory,
  584. whether in tort (including negligence), contract, or otherwise,
  585. unless required by applicable law (such as deliberate and grossly
  586. negligent acts) or agreed to in writing, shall any Contributor be
  587. liable to You for damages, including any direct, indirect, special,
  588. incidental, or consequential damages of any character arising as a
  589. result of this License or out of the use or inability to use the
  590. Work (including but not limited to damages for loss of goodwill,
  591. work stoppage, computer failure or malfunction, or any and all
  592. other commercial damages or losses), even if such Contributor
  593. has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
  594. 9. Accepting Warranty or Additional Liability. While redistributing
  595. the Work or Derivative Works thereof, You may choose to offer,
  596. and charge a fee for, acceptance of support, warranty, indemnity,
  597. or other liability obligations and/or rights consistent with this
  598. License. However, in accepting such obligations, You may act only
  599. on Your own behalf and on Your sole responsibility, not on behalf
  600. of any other Contributor, and only if You agree to indemnify,

  816. "Object" form shall mean any form resulting from mechanical
  817. transformation or translation of a Source form, including but
  818. not limited to compiled object code, generated documentation,
  819. and conversions to other media types.
  820. "Work" shall mean the work of authorship, whether in Source or
  821. Object form, made available under the License, as indicated by a
  822. copyright notice that is included in or attached to the work
  823. (an example is provided in the Appendix below).
  824. "Derivative Works" shall mean any work, whether in Source or Object
  825. form, that is based on (or derived from) the Work and for which the
  826. editorial revisions, annotations, elaborations, or other modifications
  827. represent, as a whole, an original work of authorship. For the purposes
  828. of this License, Derivative Works shall not include works that remain
  829. separable from, or merely link (or bind by name) to the interfaces of,
  830. the Work and Derivative Works thereof.
  831. "Contribution" shall mean any work of authorship, including
  832. the original version of the Work and any modifications or additions
  833. to that Work or Derivative Works thereof, that is intentionally
  834. submitted to Licensor for inclusion in the Work by the copyright owner
  835. or by an individual or Legal Entity authorized to submit on behalf of
  836. the copyright owner. For the purposes of this definition, "submitted"
  837. means any form of electronic, verbal, or written communication sent
  838. to the Licensor or its representatives, including but not limited to
  839. communication on electronic mailing lists, source code control systems,
  840. and issue tracking systems that are managed by, or on behalf of, the
  841. Licensor for the purpose of discussing and improving the Work, but
  842. excluding communication that is conspicuously marked or otherwise
  843. designated in writing by the copyright owner as "Not a Contribution."
  844. "Contributor" shall mean Licensor and any individual or Legal Entity
  845. on behalf of whom a Contribution has been received by Licensor and
  846. subsequently incorporated within the Work.
  847. 2. Grant of Copyright License. Subject to the terms and conditions of
  848. this License, each Contributor hereby grants to You a perpetual,
  849. worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable
  850. copyright license to reproduce, prepare Derivative Works of,
  851. publicly display, publicly perform, sublicense, and distribute the
  852. Work and such Derivative Works in Source or Object form.
  853. 3. Grant of Patent License. Subject to the terms and conditions of
  854. this License, each Contributor hereby grants to You a perpetual,
  855. worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable
  856. (except as stated in this section) patent license to make, have made,
  857. use, offer to sell, sell, import, and otherwise transfer the Work,
  858. where such license applies only to those patent claims licensable
  859. by such Contributor that are necessarily infringed by their
  860. Contribution(s) alone or by combination of their Contribution(s)
  861. with the Work to which such Contribution(s) was submitted. If You
  862. institute patent litigation against any entity (including a
  863. cross-claim or counterclaim in a lawsuit) alleging that the Work
  864. or a Contribution incorporated within the Work constitutes direct
  865. or contributory patent infringement, then any patent licenses
  866. granted to You under this License for that Work shall terminate
  867. as of the date such litigation is filed.
  868. 4. Redistribution. You may reproduce and distribute copies of the
  869. Work or Derivative Works thereof in any medium, with or without
  870. modifications, and in Source or Object form, provided that You
  871. meet the following conditions:
  872. (a) You must give any other recipients of the Work or
  873. Derivative Works a copy of this License; and
  874. (b) You must cause any modified files to carry prominent notices
  875. stating that You changed the files; and
  876. (c) You must retain, in the Source form of any Derivative Works
  877. that You distribute, all copyright, patent, trademark, and
  878. attribution notices from the Source form of the Work,
  879. excluding those notices that do not pertain to any part of
  880. the Derivative Works; and
  881. (d) If the Work includes a "NOTICE" text file as part of its
  882. distribution, then any Derivative Works that You distribute must
  883. include a readable copy of the attribution notices contained
  884. within such NOTICE file, excluding those notices that do not
  885. pertain to any part of the Derivative Works, in at least one
  886. of the following places: within a NOTICE text file distributed
  887. as part of the Derivative Works; within the Source form or
  888. documentation, if provided along with the Derivative Works; or,
  889. within a display generated by the Derivative Works, if and
  890. wherever such third-party notices normally appear. The contents
  891. of the NOTICE file are for informational purposes only and
  892. do not modify the License. You may add Your own attribution
  893. notices within Derivative Works that You distribute, alongside
  894. or as an addendum to the NOTICE text from the Work, provided
  895. that such additional attribution notices cannot be construed
  896. as modifying the License.
  897. You may add Your own copyright statement to Your modifications and
  898. may provide additional or different license terms and conditions
  899. for use, reproduction, or distribution of Your modifications, or
  900. for any such Derivative Works as a whole, provided Your use,
  901. reproduction, and distribution of the Work otherwise complies with
  902. the conditions stated in this License.
  903. 5. Submission of Contributions. Unless You explicitly state otherwise,
  904. any Contribution intentionally submitted for inclusion in the Work
  905. by You to the Licensor shall be under the terms and conditions of
  906. this License, without any additional terms or conditions.
  907. Notwithstanding the above, nothing herein shall supersede or modify
  908. the terms of any separate license agreement you may have executed
  909. with Licensor regarding such Contributions.
  910. 6. Trademarks. This License does not grant permission to use the trade
  911. names, trademarks, service marks, or product names of the Licensor,
  912. except as required for reasonable and customary use in describing the
  913. origin of the Work and reproducing the content of the NOTICE file.
  914. 7. Disclaimer of Warranty. Unless required by applicable law or
  915. agreed to in writing, Licensor provides the Work (and each
  916. Contributor provides its Contributions) on an "AS IS" BASIS,
  917. WITHOUT WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, either express or
  918. implied, including, without limitation, any warranties or conditions
  919. of TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY, or FITNESS FOR A
  920. PARTICULAR PURPOSE. You are solely responsible for determining the
  921. appropriateness of using or redistributing the Work and assume any
  922. risks associated with Your exercise of permissions under this License.
  923. 8. Limitation of Liability. In no event and under no legal theory,
  924. whether in tort (including negligence), contract, or otherwise,
  925. unless required by applicable law (such as deliberate and grossly
  926. negligent acts) or agreed to in writing, shall any Contributor be
  927. liable to You for damages, including any direct, indirect, special,
  928. incidental, or consequential damages of any character arising as a
  929. result of this License or out of the use or inability to use the
  930. Work (including but not limited to damages for loss of goodwill,
  931. work stoppage, computer failure or malfunction, or any and all
  932. other commercial damages or losses), even if such Contributor
  933. has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
  934. 9. Accepting Warranty or Additional Liability. While redistributing
  935. the Work or Derivative Works thereof, You may choose to offer,
  936. and charge a fee for, acceptance of support, warranty, indemnity,
  937. or other liability obligations and/or rights consistent with this
  938. License. However, in accepting such obligations, You may act only
  939. on Your own behalf and on Your sole responsibility, not on behalf
  940. of any other Contributor, and only if You agree to indemnify,
  941. defend, and hold each Contributor harmless for any liability
  942. incurred by, or claims asserted against, such Contributor by reason
  943. of your accepting any such warranty or additional liability.

  995. form, that is based on (or derived from) the Work and for which the

1057. as part of the Derivative Works; within the Source form or
1058. documentation, if provided along with the Derivative Works; or,
1059. within a display generated by the Derivative Works, if and
1060. wherever such third-party notices normally appear. The contents

1065. that such additional attribution notices cannot be construed
  1066. as modifying the License.
1067. You may add Your own copyright statement to Your modifications and
1068. may provide additional or different license terms and conditions
1069. for use, reproduction, or distribution of Your modifications, or
1070. for any such Derivative Works as a whole, provided Your use,

1072. the conditions stated in this License.
1073. 5. Submission of Contributions. Unless You explicitly state otherwise,
1074. any Contribution intentionally submitted for inclusion in the Work
1075. by You to the Licensor shall be under the terms and conditions of
1076. this License, without any additional terms or conditions.
1077. Notwithstanding the above, nothing herein shall supersede or modify

1101. work stoppage, computer failure or malfunction, or any and all
1102. other commercial damages or losses), even if such Contributor
1103. has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
1104. 9. Accepting Warranty or Additional Liability. While redistributing
1105. the Work or Derivative Works thereof, You may choose to offer,
1106. and charge a fee for, acceptance of support, warranty, indemnity,
1107. or other liability obligations and/or rights consistent with this
1108. License. However, in accepting such obligations, You may act only
1109. on Your own behalf and on Your sole responsibility, not on behalf
1110. of any other Contributor, and only if You agree to indemnify,
1111. defend, and hold each Contributor harmless for any liability

  1220. the Derivative Works; and
1221. (d) If the Work includes a "NOTICE" text file as part of its
1222. distribution, then any Derivative Works that You distribute must
1223. include a readable copy of the attribution notices contained
1224. within such NOTICE file, excluding those notices that do not
1225. pertain to any part of the Derivative Works, in at least one
1226. of the following places: within a NOTICE text file distributed
1227. as part of the Derivative Works; within the Source form or
1228. documentation, if provided along with the Derivative Works; or,
1229. within a display generated by the Derivative Works, if and
1230. wherever such third-party notices normally appear. The contents
1231. of the NOTICE file are for informational purposes only and
1232. do not modify the License. You may add Your own attribution
1233. notices within Derivative Works that You distribute, alongside
1234. or as an addendum to the NOTICE text from the Work, provided
1235. that such additional attribution notices cannot be construed
  1236. as modifying the License.
1237. You may add Your own copyright statement to Your modifications and
1238. may provide additional or different license terms and conditions
1239. for use, reproduction, or distribution of Your modifications, or
1240. for any such Derivative Works as a whole, provided Your use,
1241. reproduction, and distribution of the Work otherwise complies with
1242. the conditions stated in this License.
1243. 5. Submission of Contributions. Unless You explicitly state otherwise,
1244. any Contribution intentionally submitted for inclusion in the Work
1245. by You to the Licensor shall be under the terms and conditions of
1246. this License, without any additional terms or conditions.
1247. Notwithstanding the above, nothing herein shall supersede or modify
1248. the terms of any separate license agreement you may have executed
1249. with Licensor regarding such Contributions.
1250. 6. Trademarks. This License does not grant permission to use the trade

1252. except as required for reasonable and customary use in describing the
1253. origin of the Work and reproducing the content of the NOTICE file.
1254. 7. Disclaimer of Warranty. Unless required by applicable law or

1264. whether in tort (including negligence), contract, or otherwise,
1265. unless required by applicable law (such as deliberate and grossly
1266. negligent acts) or agreed to in writing, shall any Contributor be
1267. liable to You for damages, including any direct, indirect, special,
1268. incidental, or consequential damages of any character arising as a
1269. result of this License or out of the use or inability to use the
1270. Work (including but not limited to damages for loss of goodwill,
1271. work stoppage, computer failure or malfunction, or any and all
1272. other commercial damages or losses), even if such Contributor
1273. has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
1274. 9. Accepting Warranty or Additional Liability. While redistributing
1275. the Work or Derivative Works thereof, You may choose to offer,
1276. and charge a fee for, acceptance of support, warranty, indemnity,
1277. or other liability obligations and/or rights consistent with this
1278. License. However, in accepting such obligations, You may act only
1279. on Your own behalf and on Your sole responsibility, not on behalf
1280. of any other Contributor, and only if You agree to indemnify,
1281. defend, and hold each Contributor harmless for any liability
1282. incurred by, or claims asserted against, such Contributor by reason

1312. "Licensor" shall mean the copyright owner or entity authorized by
1313. the copyright owner that is granting the License.
1314. "Legal Entity" shall mean the union of the acting entity and all
1315. other entities that control, are controlled by, or are under common
1316. control with that entity. For the purposes of this definition,
1317. "control" means (i) the power, direct or indirect, to cause the
1318. direction or management of such entity, whether by contract or
1319. otherwise, or (ii) ownership of fifty percent (50%) or more of the

1322. exercising permissions granted by this License.
1323. "Source" form shall mean the preferred form for making modifications,
1324. including but not limited to software source code, documentation
  1325. source, and configuration files.
1326. "Object" form shall mean any form resulting from mechanical
1327. transformation or translation of a Source form, including but
1328. not limited to compiled object code, generated documentation,
1329. and conversions to other media types.
1330. "Work" shall mean the work of authorship, whether in Source or
1331. Object form, made available under the License, as indicated by a
1332. copyright notice that is included in or attached to the work
1333. (an example is provided in the Appendix below).
1334. "Derivative Works" shall mean any work, whether in Source or Object
1335. form, that is based on (or derived from) the Work and for which the
1336. editorial revisions, annotations, elaborations, or other modifications
1337. represent, as a whole, an original work of authorship. For the purposes
1338. of this License, Derivative Works shall not include works that remain
1339. separable from, or merely link (or bind by name) to the interfaces of,
1340. the Work and Derivative Works thereof.
1341. "Contribution" shall mean any work of authorship, including
1342. the original version of the Work and any modifications or additions
1343. to that Work or Derivative Works thereof, that is intentionally
1344. submitted to Licensor for inclusion in the Work by the copyright owner
1345. or by an individual or Legal Entity authorized to submit on behalf of
1346. the copyright owner. For the purposes of this definition, "submitted"
1347. means any form of electronic, verbal, or written communication sent
1348. to the Licensor or its representatives, including but not limited to
1349. communication on electronic mailing lists, source code control systems,
1350. and issue tracking systems that are managed by, or on behalf of, the
1351. Licensor for the purpose of discussing and improving the Work, but

1353. designated in writing by the copyright owner as "Not a Contribution."
1354. "Contributor" shall mean Licensor and any individual or Legal Entity

1360. copyright license to reproduce, prepare Derivative Works of,
1361. publicly display, publicly perform, sublicense, and distribute the
1362. Work and such Derivative Works in Source or Object form.
1363. 3. Grant of Patent License. Subject to the terms and conditions of
1364. this License, each Contributor hereby grants to You a perpetual,

1369. by such Contributor that are necessarily infringed by their
1370. Contribution(s) alone or by combination of their Contribution(s)
1371. with the Work to which such Contribution(s) was submitted. If You
1372. institute patent litigation against any entity (including a
1373. cross-claim or counterclaim in a lawsuit) alleging that the Work
1374. or a Contribution incorporated within the Work constitutes direct
1375. or contributory patent infringement, then any patent licenses
1376. granted to You under this License for that Work shall terminate
1377. as of the date such litigation is filed.
1378. 4. Redistribution. You may reproduce and distribute copies of the
1379. Work or Derivative Works thereof in any medium, with or without
1380. modifications, and in Source or Object form, provided that You
  1381. meet the following conditions:
1382. (a) You must give any other recipients of the Work or
1383. Derivative Works a copy of this License; and
1384. (b) You must cause any modified files to carry prominent notices
1385. stating that You changed the files; and
1386. (c) You must retain, in the Source form of any Derivative Works
1387. that You distribute, all copyright, patent, trademark, and
1388. attribution notices from the Source form of the Work,
1389. excluding those notices that do not pertain to any part of
  1390. the Derivative Works; and
1391. (d) If the Work includes a "NOTICE" text file as part of its
1392. distribution, then any Derivative Works that You distribute must
1393. include a readable copy of the attribution notices contained
1394. within such NOTICE file, excluding those notices that do not
1395. pertain to any part of the Derivative Works, in at least one
1396. of the following places: within a NOTICE text file distributed
1397. as part of the Derivative Works; within the Source form or
1398. documentation, if provided along with the Derivative Works; or,
1399. within a display generated by the Derivative Works, if and
1400. wherever such third-party notices normally appear. The contents
1401. of the NOTICE file are for informational purposes only and
1402. do not modify the License. You may add Your own attribution
1403. notices within Derivative Works that You distribute, alongside
1404. or as an addendum to the NOTICE text from the Work, provided
1405. that such additional attribution notices cannot be construed
  1406. as modifying the License.
1407. You may add Your own copyright statement to Your modifications and
1408. may provide additional or different license terms and conditions
1409. for use, reproduction, or distribution of Your modifications, or
1410. for any such Derivative Works as a whole, provided Your use,
1411. reproduction, and distribution of the Work otherwise complies with
1412. the conditions stated in this License.
1413. 5. Submission of Contributions. Unless You explicitly state otherwise,
1414. any Contribution intentionally submitted for inclusion in the Work
1415. by You to the Licensor shall be under the terms and conditions of
1416. this License, without any additional terms or conditions.
1417. Notwithstanding the above, nothing herein shall supersede or modify
1418. the terms of any separate license agreement you may have executed
1419. with Licensor regarding such Contributions.
1420. 6. Trademarks. This License does not grant permission to use the trade
1421. names, trademarks, service marks, or product names of the Licensor,
1422. except as required for reasonable and customary use in describing the
1423. origin of the Work and reproducing the content of the NOTICE file.
1424. 7. Disclaimer of Warranty. Unless required by applicable law or
1425. agreed to in writing, Licensor provides the Work (and each
1426. Contributor provides its Contributions) on an "AS IS" BASIS,
1427. WITHOUT WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, either express or

1434. whether in tort (including negligence), contract, or otherwise,
1435. unless required by applicable law (such as deliberate and grossly
1436. negligent acts) or agreed to in writing, shall any Contributor be
1437. liable to You for damages, including any direct, indirect, special,
1438. incidental, or consequential damages of any character arising as a
1439. result of this License or out of the use or inability to use the
1440. Work (including but not limited to damages for loss of goodwill,
1441. work stoppage, computer failure or malfunction, or any and all
1442. other commercial damages or losses), even if such Contributor
1443. has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
1444. 9. Accepting Warranty or Additional Liability. While redistributing
1445. the Work or Derivative Works thereof, You may choose to offer,
1446. and charge a fee for, acceptance of support, warranty, indemnity,

1670. TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR USE, REPRODUCTION, AND DISTRIBUTION
  1671. 1. Definitions.
1672. "License" shall mean the terms and conditions for use, reproduction,
1673. and distribution as defined by Sections 1 through 9 of this document.
1674. "Licensor" shall mean the copyright owner or entity authorized by
1675. the copyright owner that is granting the License.
1676. "Legal Entity" shall mean the union of the acting entity and all
1677. other entities that control, are controlled by, or are under common
1678. control with that entity. For the purposes of this definition,
1679. "control" means (i) the power, direct or indirect, to cause the
1680. direction or management of such entity, whether by contract or
1681. otherwise, or (ii) ownership of fifty percent (50%) or more of the
1682. outstanding shares, or (iii) beneficial ownership of such entity.
1683. "You" (or "Your") shall mean an individual or Legal Entity
1684. exercising permissions granted by this License.
1685. "Source" form shall mean the preferred form for making modifications,
1686. including but not limited to software source code, documentation
  1687. source, and configuration files.
1688. "Object" form shall mean any form resulting from mechanical
1689. transformation or translation of a Source form, including but
1690. not limited to compiled object code, generated documentation,
1691. and conversions to other media types.
1692. "Work" shall mean the work of authorship, whether in Source or
1693. Object form, made available under the License, as indicated by a
1694. copyright notice that is included in or attached to the work
1695. (an example is provided in the Appendix below).
1696. "Derivative Works" shall mean any work, whether in Source or Object
1697. form, that is based on (or derived from) the Work and for which the
1698. editorial revisions, annotations, elaborations, or other modifications
1699. represent, as a whole, an original work of authorship. For the purposes
1700. of this License, Derivative Works shall not include works that remain
1701. separable from, or merely link (or bind by name) to the interfaces of,
1702. the Work and Derivative Works thereof.
1703. "Contribution" shall mean any work of authorship, including
1704. the original version of the Work and any modifications or additions
1705. to that Work or Derivative Works thereof, that is intentionally
1706. submitted to Licensor for inclusion in the Work by the copyright owner
1707. or by an individual or Legal Entity authorized to submit on behalf of
1708. the copyright owner. For the purposes of this definition, "submitted"
1709. means any form of electronic, verbal, or written communication sent
1710. to the Licensor or its representatives, including but not limited to
1711. communication on electronic mailing lists, source code control systems,
1712. and issue tracking systems that are managed by, or on behalf of, the
1713. Licensor for the purpose of discussing and improving the Work, but
1714. excluding communication that is conspicuously marked or otherwise
1715. designated in writing by the copyright owner as "Not a Contribution."
1716. "Contributor" shall mean Licensor and any individual or Legal Entity
1717. on behalf of whom a Contribution has been received by Licensor and
1718. subsequently incorporated within the Work.
1719. 2. Grant of Copyright License. Subject to the terms and conditions of
1720. this License, each Contributor hereby grants to You a perpetual,
  1721. worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable
1722. copyright license to reproduce, prepare Derivative Works of,
1723. publicly display, publicly perform, sublicense, and distribute the
1724. Work and such Derivative Works in Source or Object form.
1725. 3. Grant of Patent License. Subject to the terms and conditions of
1726. this License, each Contributor hereby grants to You a perpetual,
  1727. worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable
1728. (except as stated in this section) patent license to make, have made,
1729. use, offer to sell, sell, import, and otherwise transfer the Work,
1730. where such license applies only to those patent claims licensable
1731. by such Contributor that are necessarily infringed by their
1732. Contribution(s) alone or by combination of their Contribution(s)
1733. with the Work to which such Contribution(s) was submitted. If You
1734. institute patent litigation against any entity (including a
1735. cross-claim or counterclaim in a lawsuit) alleging that the Work
1736. or a Contribution incorporated within the Work constitutes direct
1737. or contributory patent infringement, then any patent licenses
1738. granted to You under this License for that Work shall terminate
1739. as of the date such litigation is filed.
1740. 4. Redistribution. You may reproduce and distribute copies of the
1741. Work or Derivative Works thereof in any medium, with or without
1742. modifications, and in Source or Object form, provided that You
  1743. meet the following conditions:
1744. (a) You must give any other recipients of the Work or
1745. Derivative Works a copy of this License; and
1746. (b) You must cause any modified files to carry prominent notices
1747. stating that You changed the files; and
1748. (c) You must retain, in the Source form of any Derivative Works
1749. that You distribute, all copyright, patent, trademark, and
1750. attribution notices from the Source form of the Work,
1751. excluding those notices that do not pertain to any part of
  1752. the Derivative Works; and
1753. (d) If the Work includes a "NOTICE" text file as part of its
1754. distribution, then any Derivative Works that You distribute must
1755. include a readable copy of the attribution notices contained
1756. within such NOTICE file, excluding those notices that do not
1757. pertain to any part of the Derivative Works, in at least one
1758. of the following places: within a NOTICE text file distributed
1759. as part of the Derivative Works; within the Source form or
1760. documentation, if provided along with the Derivative Works; or,
1761. within a display generated by the Derivative Works, if and
1762. wherever such third-party notices normally appear. The contents
1763. of the NOTICE file are for informational purposes only and
1764. do not modify the License. You may add Your own attribution
1765. notices within Derivative Works that You distribute, alongside
1766. or as an addendum to the NOTICE text from the Work, provided
1767. that such additional attribution notices cannot be construed
  1768. as modifying the License.
1769. You may add Your own copyright statement to Your modifications and
1770. may provide additional or different license terms and conditions
1771. for use, reproduction, or distribution of Your modifications, or
1772. for any such Derivative Works as a whole, provided Your use,
1773. reproduction, and distribution of the Work otherwise complies with
1774. the conditions stated in this License.
1775. 5. Submission of Contributions. Unless You explicitly state otherwise,
1776. any Contribution intentionally submitted for inclusion in the Work
1777. by You to the Licensor shall be under the terms and conditions of
1778. this License, without any additional terms or conditions.
1779. Notwithstanding the above, nothing herein shall supersede or modify
1780. the terms of any separate license agreement you may have executed
1781. with Licensor regarding such Contributions.
1782. 6. Trademarks. This License does not grant permission to use the trade
1783. names, trademarks, service marks, or product names of the Licensor,
1784. except as required for reasonable and customary use in describing the
1785. origin of the Work and reproducing the content of the NOTICE file.
1786. 7. Disclaimer of Warranty. Unless required by applicable law or
1787. agreed to in writing, Licensor provides the Work (and each
1788. Contributor provides its Contributions) on an "AS IS" BASIS,
1789. WITHOUT WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, either express or

1793. appropriateness of using or redistributing the Work and assume any
1794. risks associated with Your exercise of permissions under this License.
1795. 8. Limitation of Liability. In no event and under no legal theory,
1796. whether in tort (including negligence), contract, or otherwise,
1797. unless required by applicable law (such as deliberate and grossly
1798. negligent acts) or agreed to in writing, shall any Contributor be
1799. liable to You for damages, including any direct, indirect, special,
1800. incidental, or consequential damages of any character arising as a
1801. result of this License or out of the use or inability to use the
1802. Work (including but not limited to damages for loss of goodwill,
1803. work stoppage, computer failure or malfunction, or any and all
1804. other commercial damages or losses), even if such Contributor
1805. has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
1806. 9. Accepting Warranty or Additional Liability. While redistributing
1807. the Work or Derivative Works thereof, You may choose to offer,
1808. and charge a fee for, acceptance of support, warranty, indemnity,
1809. or other liability obligations and/or rights consistent with this
1810. License. However, in accepting such obligations, You may act only
1811. on Your own behalf and on Your sole responsibility, not on behalf
1812. of any other Contributor, and only if You agree to indemnify,
1813. defend, and hold each Contributor harmless for any liability
1814. incurred by, or claims asserted against, such Contributor by reason
1815. of your accepting any such warranty or additional liability.

2010. TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR USE, REPRODUCTION, AND DISTRIBUTION
  2011. 1. Definitions.
2012. "License" shall mean the terms and conditions for use, reproduction,
2013. and distribution as defined by Sections 1 through 9 of this document.
2014. "Licensor" shall mean the copyright owner or entity authorized by
2015. the copyright owner that is granting the License.
2016. "Legal Entity" shall mean the union of the acting entity and all
2017. other entities that control, are controlled by, or are under common
2018. control with that entity. For the purposes of this definition,
2019. "control" means (i) the power, direct or indirect, to cause the
2020. direction or management of such entity, whether by contract or
2021. otherwise, or (ii) ownership of fifty percent (50%) or more of the
2022. outstanding shares, or (iii) beneficial ownership of such entity.
2023. "You" (or "Your") shall mean an individual or Legal Entity
2024. exercising permissions granted by this License.
2025. "Source" form shall mean the preferred form for making modifications,
2026. including but not limited to software source code, documentation
  2027. source, and configuration files.
2028. "Object" form shall mean any form resulting from mechanical
2029. transformation or translation of a Source form, including but
2030. not limited to compiled object code, generated documentation,
2031. and conversions to other media types.
2032. "Work" shall mean the work of authorship, whether in Source or
2033. Object form, made available under the License, as indicated by a
2034. copyright notice that is included in or attached to the work
2035. (an example is provided in the Appendix below).
2036. "Derivative Works" shall mean any work, whether in Source or Object
2037. form, that is based on (or derived from) the Work and for which the
2038. editorial revisions, annotations, elaborations, or other modifications
2039. represent, as a whole, an original work of authorship. For the purposes
2040. of this License, Derivative Works shall not include works that remain
2041. separable from, or merely link (or bind by name) to the interfaces of,
2042. the Work and Derivative Works thereof.
2043. "Contribution" shall mean any work of authorship, including
2044. the original version of the Work and any modifications or additions
2045. to that Work or Derivative Works thereof, that is intentionally
2046. submitted to Licensor for inclusion in the Work by the copyright owner
2047. or by an individual or Legal Entity authorized to submit on behalf of
2048. the copyright owner. For the purposes of this definition, "submitted"
2049. means any form of electronic, verbal, or written communication sent
2050. to the Licensor or its representatives, including but not limited to
2051. communication on electronic mailing lists, source code control systems,
2052. and issue tracking systems that are managed by, or on behalf of, the
2053. Licensor for the purpose of discussing and improving the Work, but
2054. excluding communication that is conspicuously marked or otherwise
2055. designated in writing by the copyright owner as "Not a Contribution."
2056. "Contributor" shall mean Licensor and any individual or Legal Entity
2057. on behalf of whom a Contribution has been received by Licensor and
2058. subsequently incorporated within the Work.
2059. 2. Grant of Copyright License. Subject to the terms and conditions of
2060. this License, each Contributor hereby grants to You a perpetual,
  2061. worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable
2062. copyright license to reproduce, prepare Derivative Works of,
2063. publicly display, publicly perform, sublicense, and distribute the
2064. Work and such Derivative Works in Source or Object form.
2065. 3. Grant of Patent License. Subject to the terms and conditions of
2066. this License, each Contributor hereby grants to You a perpetual,
  2067. worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable
2068. (except as stated in this section) patent license to make, have made,
2069. use, offer to sell, sell, import, and otherwise transfer the Work,
2070. where such license applies only to those patent claims licensable
2071. by such Contributor that are necessarily infringed by their
2072. Contribution(s) alone or by combination of their Contribution(s)
2073. with the Work to which such Contribution(s) was submitted. If You
2074. institute patent litigation against any entity (including a
2075. cross-claim or counterclaim in a lawsuit) alleging that the Work
2076. or a Contribution incorporated within the Work constitutes direct
2077. or contributory patent infringement, then any patent licenses
2078. granted to You under this License for that Work shall terminate
2079. as of the date such litigation is filed.
2080. 4. Redistribution. You may reproduce and distribute copies of the
2081. Work or Derivative Works thereof in any medium, with or without
2082. modifications, and in Source or Object form, provided that You
  2083. meet the following conditions:
2084. (a) You must give any other recipients of the Work or
2085. Derivative Works a copy of this License; and
2086. (b) You must cause any modified files to carry prominent notices
2087. stating that You changed the files; and
2088. (c) You must retain, in the Source form of any Derivative Works
2089. that You distribute, all copyright, patent, trademark, and
2090. attribution notices from the Source form of the Work,
2091. excluding those notices that do not pertain to any part of
  2092. the Derivative Works; and
2093. (d) If the Work includes a "NOTICE" text file as part of its
2094. distribution, then any Derivative Works that You distribute must
2095. include a readable copy of the attribution notices contained
2096. within such NOTICE file, excluding those notices that do not
2097. pertain to any part of the Derivative Works, in at least one
2098. of the following places: within a NOTICE text file distributed
2099. as part of the Derivative Works; within the Source form or
2100. documentation, if provided along with the Derivative Works; or,
2101. within a display generated by the Derivative Works, if and
2102. wherever such third-party notices normally appear. The contents
2103. of the NOTICE file are for informational purposes only and
2104. do not modify the License. You may add Your own attribution
2105. notices within Derivative Works that You distribute, alongside
2106. or as an addendum to the NOTICE text from the Work, provided
2107. that such additional attribution notices cannot be construed
  2108. as modifying the License.
2109. You may add Your own copyright statement to Your modifications and
2110. may provide additional or different license terms and conditions
2111. for use, reproduction, or distribution of Your modifications, or
2112. for any such Derivative Works as a whole, provided Your use,
2113. reproduction, and distribution of the Work otherwise complies with
2114. the conditions stated in this License.
2115. 5. Submission of Contributions. Unless You explicitly state otherwise,
2116. any Contribution intentionally submitted for inclusion in the Work
2117. by You to the Licensor shall be under the terms and conditions of
2118. this License, without any additional terms or conditions.
2119. Notwithstanding the above, nothing herein shall supersede or modify
2120. the terms of any separate license agreement you may have executed
2121. with Licensor regarding such Contributions.
2122. 6. Trademarks. This License does not grant permission to use the trade
2123. names, trademarks, service marks, or product names of the Licensor,
2124. except as required for reasonable and customary use in describing the
2125. origin of the Work and reproducing the content of the NOTICE file.
2126. 7. Disclaimer of Warranty. Unless required by applicable law or
2127. agreed to in writing, Licensor provides the Work (and each
2128. Contributor provides its Contributions) on an "AS IS" BASIS,
2129. WITHOUT WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, either express or
2130. implied, including, without limitation, any warranties or conditions
2131. of TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY, or FITNESS FOR A
2132. PARTICULAR PURPOSE. You are solely responsible for determining the
2133. appropriateness of using or redistributing the Work and assume any
2134. risks associated with Your exercise of permissions under this License.
2135. 8. Limitation of Liability. In no event and under no legal theory,
2136. whether in tort (including negligence), contract, or otherwise,
2137. unless required by applicable law (such as deliberate and grossly
2138. negligent acts) or agreed to in writing, shall any Contributor be
2139. liable to You for damages, including any direct, indirect, special,
2140. incidental, or consequential damages of any character arising as a
2141. result of this License or out of the use or inability to use the
2142. Work (including but not limited to damages for loss of goodwill,
2143. work stoppage, computer failure or malfunction, or any and all
2144. other commercial damages or losses), even if such Contributor
2145. has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
2146. 9. Accepting Warranty or Additional Liability. While redistributing
2147. the Work or Derivative Works thereof, You may choose to offer,
2148. and charge a fee for, acceptance of support, warranty, indemnity,
2149. or other liability obligations and/or rights consistent with this
2150. License. However, in accepting such obligations, You may act only
2151. on Your own behalf and on Your sole responsibility, not on behalf
2152. of any other Contributor, and only if You agree to indemnify,
2153. defend, and hold each Contributor harmless for any liability
2154. incurred by, or claims asserted against, such Contributor by reason
2155. of your accepting any such warranty or additional liability.

2404. copyright license to reproduce, prepare Derivative Works of,
2405. publicly display, publicly perform, sublicense, and distribute the
2406. Work and such Derivative Works in Source or Object form.
2407. 3. Grant of Patent License. Subject to the terms and conditions of
2408. this License, each Contributor hereby grants to You a perpetual,
  2409. worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable
2410. (except as stated in this section) patent license to make, have made,
2411. use, offer to sell, sell, import, and otherwise transfer the Work,
2412. where such license applies only to those patent claims licensable
2413. by such Contributor that are necessarily infringed by their
2414. Contribution(s) alone or by combination of their Contribution(s)
2415. with the Work to which such Contribution(s) was submitted. If You
2416. institute patent litigation against any entity (including a
2417. cross-claim or counterclaim in a lawsuit) alleging that the Work
2418. or a Contribution incorporated within the Work constitutes direct
2419. or contributory patent infringement, then any patent licenses
2420. granted to You under this License for that Work shall terminate
2421. as of the date such litigation is filed.
2422. 4. Redistribution. You may reproduce and distribute copies of the
2423. Work or Derivative Works thereof in any medium, with or without
2424. modifications, and in Source or Object form, provided that You
  2425. meet the following conditions:
2426. (a) You must give any other recipients of the Work or
2427. Derivative Works a copy of this License; and
2428. (b) You must cause any modified files to carry prominent notices
2429. stating that You changed the files; and
2430. (c) You must retain, in the Source form of any Derivative Works
2431. that You distribute, all copyright, patent, trademark, and
2432. attribution notices from the Source form of the Work,
2433. excluding those notices that do not pertain to any part of
  2434. the Derivative Works; and
2435. (d) If the Work includes a "NOTICE" text file as part of its
2436. distribution, then any Derivative Works that You distribute must
2437. include a readable copy of the attribution notices contained
2438. within such NOTICE file, excluding those notices that do not
2439. pertain to any part of the Derivative Works, in at least one
2440. of the following places: within a NOTICE text file distributed
2441. as part of the Derivative Works; within the Source form or
2442. documentation, if provided along with the Derivative Works; or,
2443. within a display generated by the Derivative Works, if and
2444. wherever such third-party notices normally appear. The contents
2445. of the NOTICE file are for informational purposes only and
2446. do not modify the License. You may add Your own attribution
2447. notices within Derivative Works that You distribute, alongside
2448. or as an addendum to the NOTICE text from the Work, provided
2449. that such additional attribution notices cannot be construed
  2450. as modifying the License.
2451. You may add Your own copyright statement to Your modifications and
2452. may provide additional or different license terms and conditions
2453. for use, reproduction, or distribution of Your modifications, or
2454. for any such Derivative Works as a whole, provided Your use,
2455. reproduction, and distribution of the Work otherwise complies with
2456. the conditions stated in this License.
2457. 5. Submission of Contributions. Unless You explicitly state otherwise,
2458. any Contribution intentionally submitted for inclusion in the Work
2459. by You to the Licensor shall be under the terms and conditions of
2460. this License, without any additional terms or conditions.
2461. Notwithstanding the above, nothing herein shall supersede or modify
2462. the terms of any separate license agreement you may have executed
2463. with Licensor regarding such Contributions.
2464. 6. Trademarks. This License does not grant permission to use the trade
2465. names, trademarks, service marks, or product names of the Licensor,
2466. except as required for reasonable and customary use in describing the
2467. origin of the Work and reproducing the content of the NOTICE file.
2468. 7. Disclaimer of Warranty. Unless required by applicable law or
2469. agreed to in writing, Licensor provides the Work (and each
2470. Contributor provides its Contributions) on an "AS IS" BASIS,
2471. WITHOUT WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, either express or
2472. implied, including, without limitation, any warranties or conditions
2473. of TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY, or FITNESS FOR A
2474. PARTICULAR PURPOSE. You are solely responsible for determining the
2475. appropriateness of using or redistributing the Work and assume any
2476. risks associated with Your exercise of permissions under this License.
2477. 8. Limitation of Liability. In no event and under no legal theory,
2478. whether in tort (including negligence), contract, or otherwise,
2479. unless required by applicable law (such as deliberate and grossly
2480. negligent acts) or agreed to in writing, shall any Contributor be
2481. liable to You for damages, including any direct, indirect, special,
2482. incidental, or consequential damages of any character arising as a
2483. result of this License or out of the use or inability to use the
2484. Work (including but not limited to damages for loss of goodwill,
2485. work stoppage, computer failure or malfunction, or any and all
2486. other commercial damages or losses), even if such Contributor
2487. has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
2488. 9. Accepting Warranty or Additional Liability. While redistributing
2489. the Work or Derivative Works thereof, You may choose to offer,
2490. and charge a fee for, acceptance of support, warranty, indemnity,
2491. or other liability obligations and/or rights consistent with this
2492. License. However, in accepting such obligations, You may act only
2493. on Your own behalf and on Your sole responsibility, not on behalf
2494. of any other Contributor, and only if You agree to indemnify,
2495. defend, and hold each Contributor harmless for any liability
2496. incurred by, or claims asserted against, such Contributor by reason
2497. of your accepting any such warranty or additional liability.

2522. TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR USE, REPRODUCTION, AND DISTRIBUTION
  2523. 1. Definitions.
2524. "License" shall mean the terms and conditions for use, reproduction,
2525. and distribution as defined by Sections 1 through 9 of this document.
2526. "Licensor" shall mean the copyright owner or entity authorized by
2527. the copyright owner that is granting the License.
2528. "Legal Entity" shall mean the union of the acting entity and all
2529. other entities that control, are controlled by, or are under common
2530. control with that entity. For the purposes of this definition,
2531. "control" means (i) the power, direct or indirect, to cause the
2532. direction or management of such entity, whether by contract or
2533. otherwise, or (ii) ownership of fifty percent (50%) or more of the

2535. "You" (or "Your") shall mean an individual or Legal Entity
2536. exercising permissions granted by this License.
2537. "Source" form shall mean the preferred form for making modifications,
2538. including but not limited to software source code, documentation
  2539. source, and configuration files.
2540. "Object" form shall mean any form resulting from mechanical
2541. transformation or translation of a Source form, including but
2542. not limited to compiled object code, generated documentation,
2543. and conversions to other media types.
2544. "Work" shall mean the work of authorship, whether in Source or
2545. Object form, made available under the License, as indicated by a
2546. copyright notice that is included in or attached to the work
2547. (an example is provided in the Appendix below).
2548. "Derivative Works" shall mean any work, whether in Source or Object
2549. form, that is based on (or derived from) the Work and for which the
2550. editorial revisions, annotations, elaborations, or other modifications
2551. represent, as a whole, an original work of authorship. For the purposes
2552. of this License, Derivative Works shall not include works that remain
2553. separable from, or merely link (or bind by name) to the interfaces of,
2554. the Work and Derivative Works thereof.
2555. "Contribution" shall mean any work of authorship, including
2556. the original version of the Work and any modifications or additions
2557. to that Work or Derivative Works thereof, that is intentionally
2558. submitted to Licensor for inclusion in the Work by the copyright owner
2559. or by an individual or Legal Entity authorized to submit on behalf of
2560. the copyright owner. For the purposes of this definition, "submitted"
2561. means any form of electronic, verbal, or written communication sent
2562. to the Licensor or its representatives, including but not limited to
2563. communication on electronic mailing lists, source code control systems,
2564. and issue tracking systems that are managed by, or on behalf of, the
2565. Licensor for the purpose of discussing and improving the Work, but
2566. excluding communication that is conspicuously marked or otherwise
2567. designated in writing by the copyright owner as "Not a Contribution."
2568. "Contributor" shall mean Licensor and any individual or Legal Entity
2569. on behalf of whom a Contribution has been received by Licensor and
2570. subsequently incorporated within the Work.
2571. 2. Grant of Copyright License. Subject to the terms and conditions of
2572. this License, each Contributor hereby grants to You a perpetual,
  2573. worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable
2574. copyright license to reproduce, prepare Derivative Works of,
2575. publicly display, publicly perform, sublicense, and distribute the
2576. Work and such Derivative Works in Source or Object form.
2577. 3. Grant of Patent License. Subject to the terms and conditions of
2578. this License, each Contributor hereby grants to You a perpetual,
  2579. worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable
2580. (except as stated in this section) patent license to make, have made,
2581. use, offer to sell, sell, import, and otherwise transfer the Work,
2582. where such license applies only to those patent claims licensable
2583. by such Contributor that are necessarily infringed by their
2584. Contribution(s) alone or by combination of their Contribution(s)
2585. with the Work to which such Contribution(s) was submitted. If You
2586. institute patent litigation against any entity (including a
2587. cross-claim or counterclaim in a lawsuit) alleging that the Work
2588. or a Contribution incorporated within the Work constitutes direct
2589. or contributory patent infringement, then any patent licenses
2590. granted to You under this License for that Work shall terminate
2591. as of the date such litigation is filed.
2592. 4. Redistribution. You may reproduce and distribute copies of the
2593. Work or Derivative Works thereof in any medium, with or without
2594. modifications, and in Source or Object form, provided that You
  2595. meet the following conditions:
2596. (a) You must give any other recipients of the Work or
2597. Derivative Works a copy of this License; and
2598. (b) You must cause any modified files to carry prominent notices
2599. stating that You changed the files; and
2600. (c) You must retain, in the Source form of any Derivative Works
2601. that You distribute, all copyright, patent, trademark, and
2602. attribution notices from the Source form of the Work,
2603. excluding those notices that do not pertain to any part of
  2604. the Derivative Works; and
2605. (d) If the Work includes a "NOTICE" text file as part of its
2606. distribution, then any Derivative Works that You distribute must
2607. include a readable copy of the attribution notices contained
2608. within such NOTICE file, excluding those notices that do not
2609. pertain to any part of the Derivative Works, in at least one
2610. of the following places: within a NOTICE text file distributed
2611. as part of the Derivative Works; within the Source form or
2612. documentation, if provided along with the Derivative Works; or,
2613. within a display generated by the Derivative Works, if and
2614. wherever such third-party notices normally appear. The contents
2615. of the NOTICE file are for informational purposes only and
2616. do not modify the License. You may add Your own attribution
2617. notices within Derivative Works that You distribute, alongside
2618. or as an addendum to the NOTICE text from the Work, provided
2619. that such additional attribution notices cannot be construed
  2620. as modifying the License.
2621. You may add Your own copyright statement to Your modifications and
2622. may provide additional or different license terms and conditions
2623. for use, reproduction, or distribution of Your modifications, or
2624. for any such Derivative Works as a whole, provided Your use,
2625. reproduction, and distribution of the Work otherwise complies with
2626. the conditions stated in this License.
2627. 5. Submission of Contributions. Unless You explicitly state otherwise,
2628. any Contribution intentionally submitted for inclusion in the Work
2629. by You to the Licensor shall be under the terms and conditions of
2630. this License, without any additional terms or conditions.
2631. Notwithstanding the above, nothing herein shall supersede or modify
2632. the terms of any separate license agreement you may have executed
2633. with Licensor regarding such Contributions.
2634. 6. Trademarks. This License does not grant permission to use the trade
2635. names, trademarks, service marks, or product names of the Licensor,
2636. except as required for reasonable and customary use in describing the
2637. origin of the Work and reproducing the content of the NOTICE file.
2638. 7. Disclaimer of Warranty. Unless required by applicable law or
2639. agreed to in writing, Licensor provides the Work (and each
2640. Contributor provides its Contributions) on an "AS IS" BASIS,

2648. whether in tort (including negligence), contract, or otherwise,
2649. unless required by applicable law (such as deliberate and grossly
2650. negligent acts) or agreed to in writing, shall any Contributor be
2651. liable to You for damages, including any direct, indirect, special,
2652. incidental, or consequential damages of any character arising as a
2653. result of this License or out of the use or inability to use the
2654. Work (including but not limited to damages for loss of goodwill,
2655. work stoppage, computer failure or malfunction, or any and all
2656. other commercial damages or losses), even if such Contributor
2657. has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
2658. 9. Accepting Warranty or Additional Liability. While redistributing
2659. the Work or Derivative Works thereof, You may choose to offer,
2660. and charge a fee for, acceptance of support, warranty, indemnity,

  2707. Comment from
  2708. <a href="http://iphonedevwiki.net/index.php/Crack_prevention">iPhone Dev Wiki
2709. Crack Prevention</a>: App Store binaries are signed by both their developer
2710. and Apple. This encrypts the binary so that decryption keys are needed in order
2711. to make the binary readable. When iOS executes the binary, the decryption keys
2712. are used to decrypt the binary into a readable state where it is then loaded
2713. into memory and executed. iOS can tell the encryption status of a binary via the
2714. cryptid structure member of LC_ENCRYPTION_INFO MachO load command. If cryptid is
2715. a non-zero value then the binary is encrypted.
2716. 'Cracking' works by letting the kernel decrypt the binary then siphoning the
2717. decrypted data into a new binary file, resigning, and repackaging. This will
2718. only work on jailbroken devices as codesignature validation has been removed.
2719. Resigning takes place because while the codesignature doesn't have to be valid
2720. thanks to the jailbreak, it does have to be in place unless you have AppSync or
2721. similar to disable codesignature checks.

  2933. Version 2.0, January 2004
  2934. http://www.apache.org/licenses/
2935. TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR USE, REPRODUCTION, AND DISTRIBUTION
  2936. 1. Definitions.
2937. "License" shall mean the terms and conditions for use, reproduction,
2938. and distribution as defined by Sections 1 through 9 of this document.
2939. "Licensor" shall mean the copyright owner or entity authorized by
2940. the copyright owner that is granting the License.
2941. "Legal Entity" shall mean the union of the acting entity and all
2942. other entities that control, are controlled by, or are under common
2943. control with that entity. For the purposes of this definition,
2944. "control" means (i) the power, direct or indirect, to cause the
2945. direction or management of such entity, whether by contract or
2946. otherwise, or (ii) ownership of fifty percent (50%) or more of the
2947. outstanding shares, or (iii) beneficial ownership of such entity.
2948. "You" (or "Your") shall mean an individual or Legal Entity
2949. exercising permissions granted by this License.
2950. "Source" form shall mean the preferred form for making modifications,
2951. including but not limited to software source code, documentation
  2952. source, and configuration files.
2953. "Object" form shall mean any form resulting from mechanical
2954. transformation or translation of a Source form, including but
2955. not limited to compiled object code, generated documentation,
2956. and conversions to other media types.
2957. "Work" shall mean the work of authorship, whether in Source or
2958. Object form, made available under the License, as indicated by a
2959. copyright notice that is included in or attached to the work
2960. (an example is provided in the Appendix below).
2961. "Derivative Works" shall mean any work, whether in Source or Object
2962. form, that is based on (or derived from) the Work and for which the
2963. editorial revisions, annotations, elaborations, or other modifications
2964. represent, as a whole, an original work of authorship. For the purposes
2965. of this License, Derivative Works shall not include works that remain
2966. separable from, or merely link (or bind by name) to the interfaces of,
2967. the Work and Derivative Works thereof.
2968. "Contribution" shall mean any work of authorship, including
2969. the original version of the Work and any modifications or additions
2970. to that Work or Derivative Works thereof, that is intentionally
2971. submitted to Licensor for inclusion in the Work by the copyright owner
2972. or by an individual or Legal Entity authorized to submit on behalf of
2973. the copyright owner. For the purposes of this definition, "submitted"
2974. means any form of electronic, verbal, or written communication sent
2975. to the Licensor or its representatives, including but not limited to
2976. communication on electronic mailing lists, source code control systems,
2977. and issue tracking systems that are managed by, or on behalf of, the
2978. Licensor for the purpose of discussing and improving the Work, but
2979. excluding communication that is conspicuously marked or otherwise
2980. designated in writing by the copyright owner as "Not a Contribution."
2981. "Contributor" shall mean Licensor and any individual or Legal Entity
2982. on behalf of whom a Contribution has been received by Licensor and
2983. subsequently incorporated within the Work.
2984. 2. Grant of Copyright License. Subject to the terms and conditions of
2985. this License, each Contributor hereby grants to You a perpetual,
  2986. worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable
2987. copyright license to reproduce, prepare Derivative Works of,
2988. publicly display, publicly perform, sublicense, and distribute the
2989. Work and such Derivative Works in Source or Object form.
2990. 3. Grant of Patent License. Subject to the terms and conditions of
2991. this License, each Contributor hereby grants to You a perpetual,
  2992. worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable
2993. (except as stated in this section) patent license to make, have made,
2994. use, offer to sell, sell, import, and otherwise transfer the Work,
2995. where such license applies only to those patent claims licensable
2996. by such Contributor that are necessarily infringed by their
2997. Contribution(s) alone or by combination of their Contribution(s)
2998. with the Work to which such Contribution(s) was submitted. If You
2999. institute patent litigation against any entity (including a
3000. cross-claim or counterclaim in a lawsuit) alleging that the Work
3001. or a Contribution incorporated within the Work constitutes direct
3002. or contributory patent infringement, then any patent licenses
3003. granted to You under this License for that Work shall terminate
3004. as of the date such litigation is filed.
3005. 4. Redistribution. You may reproduce and distribute copies of the
3006. Work or Derivative Works thereof in any medium, with or without
3007. modifications, and in Source or Object form, provided that You
  3008. meet the following conditions:
3009. (a) You must give any other recipients of the Work or
3010. Derivative Works a copy of this License; and
3011. (b) You must cause any modified files to carry prominent notices
3012. stating that You changed the files; and
3013. (c) You must retain, in the Source form of any Derivative Works
3014. that You distribute, all copyright, patent, trademark, and
3015. attribution notices from the Source form of the Work,
3016. excluding those notices that do not pertain to any part of
  3017. the Derivative Works; and
3018. (d) If the Work includes a "NOTICE" text file as part of its
3019. distribution, then any Derivative Works that You distribute must
3020. include a readable copy of the attribution notices contained
3021. within such NOTICE file, excluding those notices that do not
3022. pertain to any part of the Derivative Works, in at least one
3023. of the following places: within a NOTICE text file distributed
3024. as part of the Derivative Works; within the Source form or
3025. documentation, if provided along with the Derivative Works; or,
3026. within a display generated by the Derivative Works, if and
3027. wherever such third-party notices normally appear. The contents
3028. of the NOTICE file are for informational purposes only and
3029. do not modify the License. You may add Your own attribution
3030. notices within Derivative Works that You distribute, alongside
3031. or as an addendum to the NOTICE text from the Work, provided
3032. that such additional attribution notices cannot be construed
  3033. as modifying the License.
3034. You may add Your own copyright statement to Your modifications and
3035. may provide additional or different license terms and conditions
3036. for use, reproduction, or distribution of Your modifications, or
3037. for any such Derivative Works as a whole, provided Your use,
3038. reproduction, and distribution of the Work otherwise complies with
3039. the conditions stated in this License.
3040. 5. Submission of Contributions. Unless You explicitly state otherwise,
3041. any Contribution intentionally submitted for inclusion in the Work
3042. by You to the Licensor shall be under the terms and conditions of
3043. this License, without any additional terms or conditions.
3044. Notwithstanding the above, nothing herein shall supersede or modify
3045. the terms of any separate license agreement you may have executed
3046. with Licensor regarding such Contributions.
3047. 6. Trademarks. This License does not grant permission to use the trade
3048. names, trademarks, service marks, or product names of the Licensor,
3049. except as required for reasonable and customary use in describing the
3050. origin of the Work and reproducing the content of the NOTICE file.
3051. 7. Disclaimer of Warranty. Unless required by applicable law or
3052. agreed to in writing, Licensor provides the Work (and each
3053. Contributor provides its Contributions) on an "AS IS" BASIS,
3054. WITHOUT WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, either express or
3055. implied, including, without limitation, any warranties or conditions
3056. of TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY, or FITNESS FOR A
3057. PARTICULAR PURPOSE. You are solely responsible for determining the
3058. appropriateness of using or redistributing the Work and assume any
3059. risks associated with Your exercise of permissions under this License.
3060. 8. Limitation of Liability. In no event and under no legal theory,
3061. whether in tort (including negligence), contract, or otherwise,
3062. unless required by applicable law (such as deliberate and grossly
3063. negligent acts) or agreed to in writing, shall any Contributor be
3064. liable to You for damages, including any direct, indirect, special,
3065. incidental, or consequential damages of any character arising as a
3066. result of this License or out of the use or inability to use the
3067. Work (including but not limited to damages for loss of goodwill,
3068. work stoppage, computer failure or malfunction, or any and all
3069. other commercial damages or losses), even if such Contributor
3070. has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
3071. 9. Accepting Warranty or Additional Liability. While redistributing
3072. the Work or Derivative Works thereof, You may choose to offer,
3073. and charge a fee for, acceptance of support, warranty, indemnity,
3074. or other liability obligations and/or rights consistent with this
3075. License. However, in accepting such obligations, You may act only
3076. on Your own behalf and on Your sole responsibility, not on behalf
3077. of any other Contributor, and only if You agree to indemnify,
3078. defend, and hold each Contributor harmless for any liability
3079. incurred by, or claims asserted against, such Contributor by reason
3080. of your accepting any such warranty or additional liability.
